Join a Social Activity event

The Adult Social Activity Group from our church meets once a month through most of the year for activities that take in a wide range of interests. The gatherings are open to any couples from the church or couples who would like to learn more about our church and its congregation.

Here are come upcoming 2012 events:

• Saturday, March 17: Movie matinee and munchies at a local restaurant afterward.
• Friday, April 6: Free Friday museum walk in Portland, followed by dinner at a local restaurant.
• Saturday, May 12: Service project to be determined in Cape Elizabeth, followed by lunch.
• Saturday, June 23: Hike up Bradbury Mountain in Pownal. Bring a picnic lunch, to be eaten on top of the mountain.  
• No activities planned for July and August
• Saturday, Sept. 16: Miniature golf at Martel’s in Saco, followed by ice cream at Martell’s.
• Sunday, Oct. 6: Apple-picking at Randall Orchard in Standish, followed by lunch at a local restaurant.
• Saturday, Nov. 10: Dinner and planning for 2013 events.
• Sunday, Dec. 16: Christmas caroling in Cape Elizabeth, followed by a light supper.

During a Couples Club Wii Night at Julie and Paul Lefebvre's house in January, 2011, Laura Young Connelly, Bryan Connelly, Julie Lefebvre and Bruce Lind had a friendly Mario Kart competition.
